Great article on Pre-training for the Marine Corps. It will no doubt be of great use to many yound devilpups hoping to one day proudly wear the coveted Eagle,Globe,& Anchor. But......a few tidbits are a bit skewed. you may be correct about entry but as far as staying out of trouble as a Marine it was 20%bf when i was active. as far as the pullups- all that has to be completed is (1) dead hang pullup. great work on the workout regimen though looks quite effective.

lol, i just realized they censored what i said. ***********, nutra planet, not sure if these will be censored or not. Well if you get the chance, or if you're in the area, right across the street from tgif, nutrition @ work. it's an awesome place, and i'm not just trying to just advertise. where did you apply to work anyway?
Well, I work there first of all. Second of all, if you order off of ***********, depending on the stuff that you usually we get, we will price match, plus we can special order stuff. I became a customer about a year ago...totally different experience than GNC or Vitamin World. You should definitely check it out.
yeah, I guess you could have used it more then lol. Didn't you actually win a bottle? I forget..but that's cool I've been into bbing for about two years...a year very seriously, but I get more serious about it almost daily.
I did the pushups after the bench press, incline, and fly's. And it's funny cuz I could only do 13. They were incline pushups at that. I think it's great to add onto your chest day I believe. It gives you a great pump. Thanks for the idea bro..
