How I Started:
Got tired of feeling weak and sickly all the time so I decided to change the way I lived my life.
I bought a bowflex and started using it for a few months without knowing anything about working out.
Started reading up on bodybuilding, supplements and healthy foods and lifestyles.
Slowly tweaked my workout routine, diet, and stopped smoking (former 1 pack/day smoker... ughh).
I stopped using the bowflex and started using free weights while using a hardgainer routine, focusing on compound lifts, and training each muscle every 5 days.
The rest is a work in progress.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great. I actually look forward to my workout days.
How I Stay Motivated:
I make it a point to try and break PR every workout. I've been doing great so far but I still might be at the tail-end of my nooby gain stage so that should be expected.
BB Accomplishments:
None. I just do this for my health and to feel good.
