well dude good luck. as for my weight, i don't know. i had to move gyms and the new gym doesn't have a scale that works. i'd guess between 88-91 kg. just need to find a good scale as im curious myself.

thanks dude. you've made some sweet progressive yourself. as for the flood, i actually just bring it back from the us as i go at least once a year. i haven't seen it in stores, however you can get it online.

man sucks about your hand. what about just concentrating on legs? ive seen a couple people on here that have broken arms and just got creative in lifting which allowed them to even squat. good luck dude. also good progress with the avi pic.
