MAX.MAREK thanks chief. downtime is needed. only training 3-5days a week right now, instead of a constant 5-6...havent done cardio this week at all, but will start adding it back in this weekend. good to let myself have a break. the last 15weeks were harsh! but i did retain almost all my LBM. Ksnab Whats up Bit i haven't wrote on your wall in awhile cuz i havent been much motivated and gotten fat and lost strength scince the summer(srs pathetic), but **** it now im back at it strict nutrition/ workout regime and i plan on keeping it that way 24/7 365. ill keep you updated how things are going bro. Ledhion Hey mate! Thanks for the positive message. How's it going with you? Any gains? New goals? What's your next step? Are you following an specific routine or something? Supps? Diet? -- I got until the end of Oct to get from 185 to 190lbs. Let's hope I can make it. I'm gaining mass but keeping fat at 10%. So far it's been a good strategy for me! Then 6 more months for more bulking and once I've hit 200lbs, lean out! Hope it's enough time to get there! lol Sep 15, 2012 9:56am
