depends mostly 6-8 but will range from 4 on heavy lifts to 12 for delts, calves, and abs

Yeah I'm thinking I've progressed just about enough to merit some new pictures. I can't see any bodyfat on you and if there is any just add more muscle and your bodyfat percentage will go down :P

I felt it tear and the pain was hardcore for a couple of days. Looks like it's healin well and gonna test it next week. Were are you hovering weight wise at the moment?
