Started lifting to get stronger for work and to gain some size, and got addicted quickly.

depends mostly 6-8 but will range from 4 on heavy lifts to 12 for delts, calves, and abs

man nothing sucks more than being forced to change your whole routine.  not only have i had to switch from am to late pm lifts, which have also thrown off the timing of my diet, but ive also had to change gyms.  yeah changes can be good, but when you are in the middle of a bulk that was...
