i am very sick since friday.i have a fever,headache and coughing all the time..i dont know when i will come back to gym..i feel that am going to die..i hope that i will be better soon and i hop i can rebuild my body soon..i just want someone to tell me its ok dont worry :P.. i will not let...

Of course I remember :) And your progress is looking outstanding! Abs are definitely poppin..great job!! I'm doing really well. Half way through a 12 week program and enjoying it. Seeing small steady changes. It's winter here now which has made it a little more difficult. No bathing suits for inspiration...ha ha! Keep up the great work!

yes and no, the diet is getting easier to stick to.. the working out is going well, i just hate same boring routines, so i switch it up by like cleaning all day, then the next day run, then pilates the next day, makes it more fun lol what about you?

Hi there. Thanks for stopping by to say hello! I just have my comments hidden :) I noticed you take the Pro Complex Banana Cream. I stick pretty closely to the Creamy Vanilla. Too expensive to taste test and not like it...ha ha!! Which do you like better?

Thank you. But I don't think that's possible, I don't seem to grow anything (except fat since I've gained 10 kg since last year). But I try =) If I give up I know I wont survive..
