Always been an athlete...just continued staying fit after HS.
Why I Love It:
Love how it pumps me up and I enjoy feeling changes in my body and seeing changes in my strength. I look forward to training everyday - its what gets me through 8 hrs of sitting at a desk!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the progress in my body and the changes in the amt of wt I can lift. I also think I would feel lost if I didn't have fitness in my life so I really don't need much motivation to get my ass to the gym...its just natural for me.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed in the Max Muscle Naturals on 3/24/07...didn't place but reached my goal and couldn't be more proud of myself!

Goal (Long):
To bench and squat at least my body weight, stay lean (especially in the lower body), keep my wonderful abs showing and just live a healthy a fit lifestyle!
