I started lifting weights for high school sports and have just always kept an interest in it.

bench press 300 pounds. Also I have completed a 12 week cycle of eating clean 6 days a week and working out 6 days a week. I lost 30 pounds and actually looked pretty good. Unfortunately I gained all the weight back over the years and lost focus, but I am trying to get it back.
