How I Started:
Ive been working out for about 9 years now, I started origonally lifting in High school for track and football. After high school i continued to lift for D3 Track, I took a short break for a while but im back on the horse and cant wait to get going.
Why I Love It:
I love working out cause my body feels better after each workout, once im finished i usually sit in the hot tub and hit the steam room. Nothing better than knowing you just trashed your body and your gettin bigger every day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that im keeping in shape and looking good helps me, I also play full contact flag football, and I love chasing down the QB. I keep thinking to myself if I work towards getting a half step on the other guy he wont stand a chance.
BB Accomplishments:
Not really much any more, I think i maxed out alot in high school but I just like to keep things in line, not too much here or there but an over all strong body.

Goal (Long):
My plan is to maintain a healthy diet and eat the correct amounts of food at the right time, while working my body out and puting on pounds of lean muscle. I would like to be down to 230-240 with about 10% body fat. I have always wanted to be able to take off my shirt and not have to worry about people checking out my man tits or my 12 pack. for once in my life in going to change the outcome and make it a pleasant experience to look in the mirror every morning.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
None of them, i want my own body, i dont covet other peoples body or want to be like anyone else. I know how i want to look and i didnt get it out of a people magazine.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Not knowing what lifts did what, basically did not know how to lift or proper technique.
