sweetnsouthern3 Just be careful on doing too much upper body stuff. If you do too much and too much of the same routine your body will get use to it and won't grow. If you are doing bodybuilding you still need to do legs. If you lack muscularity in your legs you won't win. So still do legs. Squats are the best. If you can't do squats, you can still do leg extensions, leg curls, leg press, etc. Apr 30, 2012 5:12pm
