ride bike as fast as i can untill i hit a mile. Then leg press two plates warm up do 15 reps three plates 15 reps. Then the workout three pltes 20 reps slowly four plates 30 reps medium speed 5 plates 35reps slow then burnout three plates 50 reps changing footing. followed by leg curl three sets...
