How I Started:
I've been a martial artist and wrestler most of my life. I started playing poker about 4 years ago. Spending 12-14 hours on a computer between it and work left me about 100lbs heavier. Right now I am working out hard again in anticipation of fighting some MMA fights next year.
Why I Love It:
Gives me something to focus on. I want to fight next year.

Hey, maybe you could help me out: i don't have enuff weight todo real squats.I have 53.2lb dumbbells which i can barely hold (grip is insane); yet when i do my squats it’s not enough weight to challenge me legs. I am doing single leg step-ups with my dumbbells in substitute for now. Combined with leg extensions, reverse leg curls and deadlifts movements, is that gonna do it for me? I’d appreciate your input. Nice squats dude!! Keep that up. Too many peeps in the gym throw on four or five plates and do "knee bends" while screaming for dear life and then look around to see if anyone is watching them "squat heavy". Quality..not quantity will make your legs grow..good job!!!
