How I Started:
I got started to improve my health. I used to get sick off and on because I never ate like I should and I never listened to my body. Eventually, after being a part of a division 1 college cheerleading team I have learned ways of exercising and proper nutrition that I have never seen before.
Why I Love It:
It makes one feel so good. You have stamina, power and strength; you gain confidence in yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by always having goal in mind =) it makes the journey more interesting.
BB Accomplishments:
none yet, but i'm attempting to pull a semi truck with harnesses in the near future.

I've kind of drifted away from updating my bb for awhile now (about a month) not for horrible reasons but for more of the fact that I became really busy.

Flips, jumps, holds and throws. That sounds pretty hardcore to me. Sounds like something out of a kung-fu movie. I have one question though, how On Earth did you get involved in it?
Haha. Its not that funny. Cheerleading is hardcore. I'd equate it to something like free running, because you're always alert and always active. Good luck with it, bro. Post some cheer competition pics.
Hey there! Thank you so much! It was not hard to stay focused and dedicated once i reached a certain level and started seeing results. Now i'm nothing short of addicted! LOL! Hope things are going great for you!
