How I Started:
Tired of being a desk jockey with no physical activity and I want to have a great body for the beach.

In 2005 back in Highschool I used to weigh 220 lbs. Now, I weigh 180 lbs.

For a long while I have wanted to achieve the goal of living a healthy lifestyle and having a great looking body.
I have made progress for example, I used to weigh 215lbs. now I'm at 175. I'm also in the military which keeps me very active but apparently not active enough.
I'm truly a novice...
