Background

When I Started: Sep 2006
HOW I STARTED:

Started getting serious at 185 in September 2006 when I joined the Wilkes YMCA.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love seeing the changes in my body and making myself stronger and better. The self dicipline body building gives me as well as the integrity.

Gaspari Isn't Enough...

I've made some pretty good gains and hellacious pumps on the Gaspari SP250/SizeOn stack but ladies and gentlement... I will be starting the HYPERMASS stack for 12 weeks as soon as bb.com gets x2... anyone who reads this let me know what ya think.

Week 2

Week 2 starts tomorrow on Anabolic Pump/Vitargo-CGL and everything is going great.  If anyone reads this that has used AP post when you started seeing some serious results or gains from AP here.  After this cycle its back to SizeOn and SuperPump250 but first I'll post up some pictures and new measurements as well as tons of other crap lol hopefully i'll get the hang on this bodyspace thing and really get it going.
