Background
I've always been a weightlifter. From middle school to now! I was always determined to lift more than the other girls and naturally, I did! To this day I still have such a passion for weightliftig. I was training for my first show when I my fiance and I found out we were expecting our first child! I stopped working out completely and turned to sugar and fatty foods! I gained 66 pounds during my pregnancy!! After my c-section wait time of 8 weeks I was up for the challenge to lose that weight! From March to july I lost 60 pounds and got a six pack! I never ever in my life saw my abs the way I did after losing that baby weight! I was deadlifting 225 pounds and I just never felt better! October of 2011 (that same year) My fiance and I decided to move our little family to our home state 3 hours away. Although I was excited for the move I became very depressed being away from my identical twin sister. I was having trouble finding a job, finding a gym let alone affording a gym, couldn't afford tanning or a hair appointment like I was used to. I turned to food for comfort. From november of 2011 January 2012 I gained 10 pounds! To some people thats not a lot but on my small frame it is! My muscles got soft and my abs definately disappeared. Now that I found my dream job working in the nutrition/health industry I am determined to get my old self back! I don't want to look at pictures of my six pack from six months ago and cry, I want to look in the mirror and smile at my new six pack that will be here in 12 weeks! I am now back on training mode! Protein, supplements, gym membership, and determination is all here! I am so ready to get my body back and weight training again!
I love the sport of bodybuilding. It is truly an amazing art. As a weight lifter, I feel I am the artist and my body is my masterpiece. Every rep, set, and breath I take goes to perfecting my masterpiece. As Monica Brant says, Muscles are sexy! I love the way weight training makes me feel. It is a natural therapy session. Nothing makes me feel as great as I do when I work out.

MY FAVORITE CARDIO SESSION IS WALKING ON THE HIGHEST INCLINE ON THE TREADMILL AT A SPEED OF 4.0 FOR 15 MINUTES. IT REALLY MAKES ME SWEAT AND MAKES ME FEEL GREAT!

MEAL FOUR-SYNTRAX NECTAR WHEY PROTEIN WITH WATER.
MEAL FIVE- 1/2 CUP BROWN RICE, 1 TABLESPOON SALSA WITH TILAPIA OR 1 CUP BABY SPINACH WITH CHICKEN AND BALSAMIC SPRAY CALORIE COUNTER WITH AN APPLE ON THE SIDE.
MEAL SIX- SYNTRAX NECTAR WHEY PROTEIN WITH WATER.

THESE 7 SMALL MEALS WORK PERFECT FOR MY BUSY, LONG DAYS. I AM NON STOP FROM 5AM UNTIL 10PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. SATURDAY AND SUNDAYS I MAY SWITCH UP THE DINNER MEAL FROM SOME WHOLE GRAIN LOW FAT PASTA BUT FOR THE MOST PART I AM VERY CONSISTENT WITH THIS DIET. LOTS OF WATER!!!!

Holy crap this time went by fast!! Week 10 is almost over! I am holding a lot of water weight right now so I am looking very puffy, other than that I am pretty happy with my results so far! I definately put on some muscles! I have upped my weight on all my work outs this week. I have definately been sweating more. I've also been working out in a hoodie to shed some of this water weight!

It really makes you think how processed foods has pretty much changed America! I live in Mississippi which has the highest statistics of Obesity.
