hey man thanks for the add right now i'm limited to the university cafeteria because i'm living on campus. i eat 2 whole eggs, a protein shake, and two slices of whole grain toast for breakfast, my next three meals are turkey sandiwches on rye bread with cheese, and veggies, and then i have a large salad without dressing. after workouts i have a cup of oats and another protein shake it usually add up to about 2200calories

yeah I know! i'll be back in edmonton for the summers and everything, but Ottawa's been good, haha it's nice to change up the scenery once in a while you know? you still working out/training at World Health Club north?

thanks man, hahha they don't exactly compare to The Abdominator or anything, but they're gettin there! They've been up there for a while, so I need to get some new stuff up!

hey man long time no talk! yeah things are going pretty well for me, i've relaxed the diet a little bit though so i can find a little more balance in my life and in my school. you're looking cut the **** up! what happened to you!!! it looks awesome

awesome new pics... FINALLY! not that i'm one to talk, but i haven't exactly made a whole lot of progress. i've put on some size, but i'm taking a bit of a break from dieting. I was up around 200lbs after the holidays, but now i'm back around 185lbs now, which is a way better weight for me. training is still going well, but schoool is a little much! what else is happening bro?

Haha that's the dream hey? I like the sound of those goals, sounds kind of like what I want. A lot easier talking about them though isn't it?! In any case, there's no doubt in my mind that you'll be able to commit to that, and find success in it! Good call on getting a trainer, someone to kick your butt can be helpful sometimes!

Haha I don't mind shopping if it's for myself, haha I'm just selfish like that apparently! I need to get my xmas shopping done soon too, hah I wasn't even thinking about it!

Really well... minus having insane amounts of studying to do for exams, haha so bodyspace isn't helping much there! Excited for the holidays?

How are you man? I can't believe you still haven't gotten any pictures up, haha even though I'm no better! I'll get on that soon for certain though! I'm starting to cut up again after a little bit of relaxation in training and diet. What are you up to these days?
