How I Started:
I used to go to my highschool gym at lunch with my friends and do bench press and dumbell curls, hah but I'm not sure if that counts. I worked out best I knew how for about 2 years without paying an ounce of attention to nutrition. In Fall '07 I got pretty serious about wanting to put on muscle.
Why I Love It:
I feel like it separates me from everyone who sits there and wishes for things. I love going out and being responsible for getting the results I want in my body!
How I Stay Motivated:
Good question... I don't really have a lot of people pulling for me. My family thinks it's too much, and my friends don't really get it. Basically, I really just want to show everyone all of the things I can accomplish doing what I love.
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
great for motivation! when you have the same goals/work ethic, it makes it SO EASY to keep you on track and help you realize you aren't the only one struggling.

hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ? hahah.. thanks for the positive feedback Billy! The only reason I'm making gains now is due to my PT (Vshape here) .. it's a slow process because I'm a really bad client LOL. Glad to hear you've reached a weight you're happy with.. just maintain for now and focus on your education..the weights will be waiting for you in April :-)

In any case thank you for your compliments! Coming from you they mean a lot . how is your physique coming? I eat 2000 cals max per day (usually alot less) 5 workouts day with a hour run with them...its intense but i love it that way . I am using a controlled Labs stack and NLN Pro Matrix Protien. cut out the fast food , soda and late night muchies... I feel so much better ...heading for 8% bf!

I think PT's thrive on the pain and agony they inflict on others.. imagine getting paid to do that, no wonder they are always in a good mood and eager for the next session ..LOL
