"keep building muscle...
hah feel free to comment on my pictures! i would really love some constructive criticism!!!"
Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:
Billy Anderson
Sex:
Male
Age:
18
Location:
Alberta, Canada
Occupation:
Office Support (but soon to be student)

Gym Location:
When I Started:
Oct, 2007
How I Started:
I used to go to my highschool gym at lunch with my friends and do bench press and dumbell curls, hah but I'm not sure if that counts. I worked out best I knew how for about 2 years without paying an ounce of attention to nutrition. In Fall '07 I got pretty serious about wanting to put on muscle.
Why I Love It:
I feel like it separates me from everyone who sits there and wishes for things. I love going out and being responsible for getting the results I want in my body!
How I Stay Motivated:
I've found an identity in fitness, even if it can be a real struggle for me. I've got a couple of people close to me who have helped me figure that out, and just looking at who they are keep me motivated as well.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing major! I'm really happy about attaining 6% bodyfat, but on this site it doesn't mean much!

this is basically my starting point...white as a ghost! thank god for tanning beds!
well it still isn't much to look at. I've gain a lot of knowlege, and there is SO MUCH more to learn. looking at this picture as my canvas really keeps me focused.
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
great for motivation! when you have the same goals/work ethic, it makes it SO EASY to keep you on track and help you realize you aren't the only one struggling.
i've never found a good partner though. just half ass partnersgreat for motivation! when you have the same goals/work ethic, it makes it SO EASY to keep you on track and help you realize you aren't the only one struggling.
I haven't tried a serious bulk phase for awhile. Plus it's summer and I'd like to be a bit leaner. My goal right now is to break the 200 lbs mark with a BF% of about 10%. I think in the fall I'll try to up the calories a bit more.
Thanks for the add and the compliment too! I've really worked a lot on my back the last year. It's one of my faves to train. Your back and rear delts are pretty impressive too!
I do about 150 grams of carbs a day, about 200 grams of protein and around 40 grams of fat....total guess..haven't calculated to a T yet...get back to you when I do though..
Nick
Thanks a lot dude, yeah..I try to keep my cals in the 2500-2600 range..this seems to work just great. You're lookin cut up dude! Great work!!
Take care,
Nick
awesome man! It makes it so much easier when you look forward too and are excited about your training .I am the same way.... I can't wait to get hardcore about this once i have healthy food supps and a plan.... speaking of which.... (nudge nudge). I am kidding :) whenever you get to writing up your plan is fine . Hope to hear from you soon
hey billy,
Things are well here . I am excited cuz I get paid tomorrow so i can buy the supplements and the groceries etc that I need to get going hard core. should get my CPT nutritional plan and workout plan any day now..... I'd say things are going really well ..... looking forward to getting your 12 week plan :) How's your training coming
Well the goal would be about 230 with 10% or less bf. I'm gonna start hitting those weight gainer shakes hard soon. So hopefully they work and I can show the hard work I put in. Now how soon will I get there is the question.
Hey Billy, thanks a lot dude! I appreciate that! Yeah, it's a tough thing to do, but well worth it! Consistency is key when it comes to reaching goals!
Lookin great buddy!
Keep on training hard!
Nick
Keep you gym bag CLEAN! HA HA! I've always been told that all muscles are not the same. Not sure why, but I do know calves can grow if properly stimulated and everyday is generally not a problem!
OK, good question! Sounds like your doing good. I don't train my calves that much any more. Are you using different foot positions = toes-in, toes-out, and straight ahead? I was told you could train calves every day if you want, but I would not always do it first.
Hey Billy, I'm not an authority or expert on any of this stuff, but you can ask me anything you want - anytime. If I don't have an opinion, I'll tell you that, or refer you to someone who can answer. I look forward to getting to know you! You seem very level headed! ~Ray
Well, you are not too skinny. I have seen some SKINNY guys...lol. Yeah, doing another show in September. I think it will be a bit easier cause i will have my sis and a friend competing along with me. They are not in my height category :P
DANG!! 30lbs? Thats great! Look at those abs and everything! You are doing great! Well, i decided today to do another show this year in September and then continue bulking after that. Next year will hold a better future for me :)
