Hey Billy, in response to your comment you left me: "hey man, how long did it take you to get that six pack and what were you taking?"
I have been lifting for about 3 years, and it only took me a few months to rip up at achieve <10% BF. I used Green Tea extract and AMP V2 to help me lose fat; in addition to my regular standbys: Whey, multivitamin, and creatine.
