My Workout Program

I switch up what I do almost every time I am in the gym. My typical week is a non-typical week.....
Monday: power lifting
Tuesday: ice hockey (best cardio ever)
Wednesday: HIIT
Thursday: rest or long run
Friday: if I didn't rest thursday then rest friday, or HIIT
Saturday: depending on what I did the last 2 days, HIIT or power lifting or a long run (which ever I wake up and feel like doing)
Sunday: rest, or one of the 3 workouts not done the 2 previous days.

It's hard. I struggle with this every week. In the last month (January) I have had 2 week long vacations and have focused VERY hard and done 2-a-days even because I'm so motivated.

XNick EdgeX Hey dude, thanks a lot! For most of my sets..I keep my rep ranges between 10-12 reps...but when it comes to abs I bump it up to 20-40 reps. Off the top of my head, I am not sure how many grams of fat I take in a day..I am guessing around 50-60 a day right now...not completely sure though.. Nick Oct 14, 2008 9:40pm
