Tuesday: ice hockey (best cardio ever)
Wednesday: HIIT
Thursday: rest or long run
Friday: if I didn't rest thursday then rest friday, or HIIT
Saturday: depending on what I did the last 2 days, HIIT or power lifting or a long run (which ever I wake up and feel like doing)
Sunday: rest, or one of the 3 workouts not done the 2 previous days.
