When I Started: Aug, 2005
How I Started: Well i started working out to get in shape for wrestling; but as many people know, wrestlers constantly battle with there weight. Therefore, the past two years of my working out have been for strength and conditioning, not size and mass. During those years, i learned a lot about proper nutrition and a healthy diet. Anyway, now that my final season is over, i've decided to gain some weight and put some muscle on my frame. Unfortunately, right now i'm recovering from a shoulder injury, so for the next few months i can't train my chest or back.
Why I Love It: Makes me feel good, keeps me in shape, and i dont look like a dork at the beach.
How I Stay Motivated: Music, Muscle Magazines, and most of all girls.
