Well i started working out to get in shape for wrestling; but as many people know, wrestlers constantly battle with there weight. Therefore, the past two years of my working out have been for strength and conditioning, not size and mass. During those years, i learned a lot about proper nutrition and a healthy diet. Anyway, now that my final season is over, i've decided to gain some weight and put some muscle on my frame. Unfortunately, right now i'm recovering from a shoulder injury, so for the next few months i can't train my chest or back.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good, keeps me in shape, and i dont look like a dork at the beach.
Nice job Brah. Looking solid and made some gains. Keep up the great progress. Keep updating and checking in more often. Got to keep us NC boys in check..lol. Hollar.
Hey man, nice physique. You've done a great job adding some mass and your definition is even more incredible. Great chest and abs man. You are really coming along. Sorry to hear about the shoulder injury. Hope you'll be lifting again soon.
Real nice physique brother. Abs are tight and ripped sick. Chset ir pretty swole too. Working with all those heavy fish really bulks you up. Its like who need to train when you got fis..lol. Nice job bro. Keep up the good work.
Yo man! Beginnings of a gr8 physique but get rid of the bowl haircut buddy! Skin it! Or shave it sides and back and brush bangs forward like a Caesar. It will look awesome. At the moment the hair distracts from the body! Go for it man! You owe it to your body!!
