Well i started working out to get in shape for wrestling; but as many people know, wrestlers constantly battle with there weight. Therefore, the past two years of my working out have been for strength and conditioning, not size and mass. During those years, i learned a lot about proper nutrition and a healthy diet. Anyway, now that my final season is over, i've decided to gain some weight and put some muscle on my frame. Unfortunately, right now i'm recovering from a shoulder injury, so for the next few months i can't train my chest or back.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good, keeps me in shape, and i dont look like a dork at the beach.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music, Muscle Magazines, and most of all girls.

This was taken during my last wrestling season. I was 5'7, 125 lbs. and about 10-11% bodyfat. Can you say SKINNY?
Yo man! Beginnings of a gr8 physique but get rid of the bowl haircut buddy! Skin it! Or shave it sides and back and brush bangs forward like a Caesar. It will look awesome. At the moment the hair distracts from the body! Go for it man! You owe it to your body!!

Solid lean tightly muscled bod. Great base to grow from that's for sure and we can see that with your back pose also. Take good care of the shoulder first, most important and the rest will be a chinch. Andre
So...who's the "Boss"? You are Noah? {LMAO} Wait, I think I know the answer. Since u r the one woth the busted shoulder...must be Noah. Bosses NEVER do the real work. Take Care!!! ~Dawn Melanie
