I want to be at the competition level for powerlifting one year from now.
Goal (Long):
I tore my right hamstring during my junior year of college baseball. I did heavier squats for the first time last night. I want to have a 600+ squat by the end of the year.

Basically a lot of protein in my diet. It is impossible for your body to turn protein into fat....so you do the math. Thank you..training is good. I have a new trainer and we are going to work on gaining muscle and volume for the next month. That means some really intense sessions with more rest in between and a strict diet. ....I hope it is worth it! belinda
