How I Started: I like track (to fat to run)so i throw shot and disc. i have a friend that i look up to like a brother so he is my inspiration.
Why I Love It: it helps reduce stress and it is a good way to socialize with your friends
How I Stay Motivated: comments by people and the mirror. my friend knows German (everything you say sounds mean)so i tell him to keep me motivated in german

All I can suggest is cardio, once you start it will become addictive. I promise you will like what you see in a couple of months. Also don't pay attention to the scale, just look in the mirror and let that be the judge of yor progress. Good luck.

thanks for the add man. As far as suggestions, i would say get on a diet that is high in protein and low on carbs and saturated fats. Eat small meals, but often to boost your metabolism and train hard and hit some cardio. Hope thats some help for man. Good luck
