Things are moving along very well. I have gained another 5 pounds and have added an inch to both my thighs and calves.

Body fat has of course gone up from when I was shredded this summer, but that is unfortunately part of the bulking process.

I attribute most of my gains to finally...

200g really? Wow. I eat about 300 g daily on a gain. 180-225 on a cut. Very low in fat, of course. I tried the higher protein and fats lower carb but my brain couldn't function at work and my hormones were a mess. It amazes me how the body will tell you what is right for it. Everybody is different...that's for sure. Keep doing what you're doing...look great. :0) Surf

ha ha ha.........i know u won.....lol, i took 5th was my first show? did u attend? i was there i think you would have done good! stakes werent as high as this summer in stlouis naturals downtown.........that was a hard show!! and even harder next year!!
