This is just me trying to get a decent "front on" pic. This is about 2-3 hrs after waking up in the morning. For some reason I look so much leaner in the morning.

pecs are getting a little larger. As you can see I never had pecs in my first picture. Abs are coming through a little more but mostly on my left side. Not so much where I had surgery.

not a ton of improvement over the past weeks. I've been kinda taking it easy cause I've been feeling overtrained lately. Real tired, digestive systems messed up, etc..
