How I Started:
Basically I realized that I was in the worst shape of my life. I stressed too much and ate very unhealthy. As a result of my unhealthyness I started getting heart palpatations wich scared the heck out of me. I thought too myself that I needed to be healthier, not just for me, but for my wife and kids as well. My Cousin got me into the gym one morning and been addicted ever since
Why I Love It:
Stress release and me-time. Also knowing that my body is getting stronger and healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
Goal setting. Knowing that I'm going to lift the next weight up from what I'm currently doing. I push myself to get to the next level. But the biggest motivator is seeing change and the progress that I have made.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I work down weight. So from the heaviest I do 4 sets with these amount of reps; 8, 10,10,10.

Its about the same. I actually feel more energetic, but I miss little more family time for gym time. I think my family understands!

Veganism has been on my mind for the past 2 months. Its tougher to eat vegan and still eat clean while living in dorms so during break I experimented with foods I liked and brought tons back2 school. I do it for ethical reasons. I am fortunate to live in a small town where I know the farmer and see the animals I will be eating. They're humanely raised, graze the land + are slaughtered as nicely as can be expected. I allow animal products in my diet from that farm in my town.

Hi man, well that is very important, you have to eat the right amount of carbs and protein for your weight and you have to eat every 3 hours at least 6 meals per day.
