What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Protein: Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey
Protein/Carbs- Quinoa
Carbs: Oatmeal, Black Beans, Red Beans, Red Potatoes
Veggies: As much and many as I can afford.
Supps: Just a multi for now !!
