Goal (Overall):
To bulk out, bigger than I am but not huge. Need to improve nutrition. Supplements confuse me - theres so many.
Goal (Long):
Been at it properly for 9 months and although there is progress it has been slow and a little disappointing. I think its genetic, dont think I am meant to be huge. Chest is coming, but struggle with inner and outer, although bulk is there, bicep just nothing, must put on a millimetre every now and then, strangely tricep ok. Legs fine, back fine. Currently bench pressing 55kgs or there abouts - going from just the bar to that, for me is quite good.

I want to GAIN 10 lb
