When I Started:
How I Started:
Read Arnolds book cover to cover in 2 days. Then read every book in my public library about bodybuilding. Then sports and siblings gave me encouragement. My mother worked 2 jobs , one of which was Elaine Powers ( a womans gym in NJ/PA). She brought home small weights and I took to using them 2 times a day at 10 years old. I been hooked on the weights ever since that time. I played many sports and within those , lifting was required and I was bowled and once again hooked on bulkdom and hugeworld
Why I Love It:
Keeps my stress low and under control.
There is nothing better then going to the gym at lunch with a few good folks there whom you see every day of every week of every year. We (the lunch lifters) are dedicated to our time there and it makes me smile to walk in there and do the work at that time. I love how my body has always responded to lifting and its a HUGE part of my self esteem to be huge
How I Stay Motivated:
Daily visits to the gym makes the routine so easy.
Most recently in my lifting life has been bb.com and its been a great great asset both for information regarding my chosen sport and for the good buds who enjoy this ride together
I am directing my energies at the gym for the next few months at bulking and keeping the size I have without adding fat.
Goal (Long):
I would like to work towards having a body that is in contest shape without the clear decision to enter a show. I have been putting off eating healthy for some time and the body is reflecting this bad judgment.
Nate is a good person and is currently striving to be the best person he can be, this alone inspires me to be a better person as well as a better weightlifter
I would like to thank a handful of my buddies on here that have gotten me to toss out my old thoughts about size and lifting. I am happy to report that today I weighed in at 211 and that is going down to 200 over the next month. The old lifter in me never wanted to be anything but JINORMOUS....
Well my friend you have the recipe for the quads of death. Turn up the heat in the gym my brotha bake them tell you cannot walk or sit the next couple days! Only the most stoked bbers are worthy of possesing quads of death. You sit at the table of the most stoked with the rest of the knights preparing for battle!
Good deal, that stuff's intense! Taste may not be the best, but performance its awesome! Take it about 40 minutes pre-workout on an empty stomach and you'll be good. The stimulants will kick in quicker than that, but still hold off starting your workout till its been 40 min or so for the best results.
