I was looking fat and I felt depress what I was looking in the mirror...

I feel and look strong more energy..
How I Stay Motivated:
I put my self on small goals every 3 month, also I watch magazines or web site like this one and I see every one changes and I say to my self I can do it too and works.
Well let's see how much I improve... 9 months after I start, still very fat and weak...
After burning all that fat feel better but I still working the abs... now ready for the summer and ready for a new girl in my life, now my ex-want a peace of this, jejeje!!! don't dream..
Thanks! I actually gained some weight and im losing it now very fast. I had a lack of motivation before but I snapped out of it and back to it. You look great!
Hey Julio, saw you dropped by, how's it been going lately? I started back at the first of the year but its been slow go. The last 3 to 4 weeks have been rough and haven't made it to the gym and the diet has been sorry too. I plan to get that changed tomorrow. How are things with you?
I plan to start posting some progess pics soon the only thing is that I seem to have come to a stand still with my transformation im stuck in a rut! I know why....its my diet, it sucks and I am out of control! I actually posted my first blog I hope people look at it and give me some advice. I finally have my motivation back but my eating habits suck! So once I fix this six or eight weeks later I will post new progress pics....so how are you doin?

hey you, that's great I hope you get the results you want. I actually started a new routine too its working so far and its only been a week and a half my goal now is to burn fat so my muscles can show im also lifting lighter to help me burn fat and build me a foundation to start adding muscles in my next routine when I start lifting heavier , so far so good!
Thanks for the add Julio. The only supps I take are creatine, glutamine and fish oil. The fish oil helps burn fat and with vascularity for me. I became lean without fat burners. Lots of cardio and a high protein low carb diet...which I am still on!
