I,im not really good in english but I will try to explain.When I was younger,my brother was doing bodybuilding,and in is young year,my father too,so its a big passion in the family and when I have saw my brother and my father ..so big and stronger then me,I have strated to train to beat them and year after year it became a passion and not just a passion but something that I like the most to do!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because I like too see my progress all week,and feel the pain in my muscle.The way I can became a animal in the gym,became something and not someone....I simply love to lift...lift and lift...am a farmer,its rushing trough my veines
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by watching my progress and with my goal to become a pro bodybuilder....maybe its a dream,but I will do all I can do to realise that dream.My friend and thew people at the gym also help me to stay motivated.

My crazy first exercise is dumbbell curl:
1 sets to failure with 40 lbs;
1 sets to failure with 35 lbs;
1 sets to failure with 30 lbs;
1 sets to failure with 25 lbs;
(I do that 3 time: crazy)
Curl on bench: 3 sets of 12-15
Bicep:

I'm doing some research into click/cracks in bodybuilders, and was wondering whether you ever got any, not just working out, but also out of the gym e.g. shoulders, ankles, wrists, elbows. Thanks!
