Ok, So summer is here and my fun and easy workouts are done. I started on Friday 5-22-09 an eight week power lifting program. Goals: Bench now=330lbs. after 8 weeks 350lbs. Squat now=375lbs. after 8 weeks 400lbs. (squat is 1 inch below parallel). Deadlift now=460 after 8 weeks...
After I tripped over a rock, twisted my ankle, and did a face plant onto the ground, trust me I was cursing out every rock, tree, and hill along the way. lol!

You can also go to active.com to try to find some in the area. However, I have a feeling you've probably been to all of these. Next time I see someone at the gym that ran Buffalo Creek, I'll ask about it. But the people in the pics are wearing gloves. brrrr... That might be too cold for me!

Thanks, I am rehabing a small tear in rotator cuff...doc treating it as a sprain until the 24th then MRI. Killing me not to lift weights, but making up with a lot of cardio, legs and abs.
Pullups? Hmmmm...I haven't tried lately. But as a former gymnast I can do kips on the uneven bars...essentially pulling up all body weight with my forearms...
