When I Started: Jan, 2005
How I Started: I got started the second semester of my freshman year in college. I will have been weight lifting for 3 years this coming January. Previous to then, i NEVER lifted a weight before (because i didn't play any sports in high school, send me a message if you want to know the story). I started lifting and still do because i want to become as strong as i can possibly be!
Why I Love It: I love working out because of how pumped up you get! Going to the gym is THE FAVORITE part of my day, every single day! I cant wait till i finally get to lift some weight, its a great feeling! I also think that is why i have so much success as well, because i genuinly LOVE and WANT to lift and give 110% everyday!

One last thing... I believe that INTENSITY IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS. You have to go into the gym everyday wanting to be there, desiring a better body, and hungry to move some weight!
How I Stay Motivated: I work out as hard as i can and always stick to my diet because of all the people that look up to me, envy me, and believe in me... I do it all for them.
BB Accomplishments: I dont do bodybuilding, i just lift for recreational purposes.

Okay, im done dieting and its finally time for me to start bulking again.  I already feel bad about it because im going to lose the body i worked so hard to achieve this summer... but i know i will look even better in years to come if i continue to get bigger.  I will probably bulk for 6...
