I had my 18 month appt. 11/21/2008. @ 220 lbs.I am at 20 lbs short of goal. Hernia repair is strong. Going to hit the Gym like mad !I can't wait to get to Columbus for the Arnold Classic ! I hope I Will be motivated for life !

The MASH was a great time!!!!!!!- got 4th place in the lights and I am pleased.... the competition was really TUFF...so was nice to see how I fare against a larger class..... now working to do the Buckeye on 4/17 and then the TriState on May 5/15/9..

Bi-Laterial quad "rupture" (both quads ripped off the bone) yes I had a freak accident 7-09-09 with an 800lb. Hack Squat. Update I'm feeling "really" great, starting to feel like myself again:-) God is good.
