Hello my friend. I just started combining Animal pump, Animal Pak and am thinking of getting Mstak. Can you tell me if they are still working for you? Not seeing a huge amount of difference w/pump, but just started. Thx - Chris

Thanks, it would be good to read about your nutrition(I'll look on your profile). How about alcohol, do you stay away from it completely? What about starchy carbs? How much cardio? Sorry for so many questions, but it's good to exchange info. Peace - Chris

XNick, can you tell me where you are getting your NLN Lean Pro Matrix powder? Can't find it when I google it. I appreciate your comments on Animal supplements. I've been taking animal pak, bcaas, uniliver and nitrog by universal, but have not tried M-Stak or Pump yet. Sounds like they're worth taking. Also, don't need to answer this, but are you taking any anabolics at this time? Thanks - Chris

Hey my friend, how is your training coming? I'm regrouping and trying for once to really lose the bodyfat in my mid-section. Any tips for us over 40 guys?

I've upped my cardio this week, but need to be careful about lower back pain. Have you had any experience with lower back pain and how have you dealt with it? Have a great Mem Day weekend - Chris

Thanks for the response. Wonder if you can give me insights as to how you've been successful at reducing waist/love handle bodyfat. If you see my profile pictures you can see I'm in pretty decent shape, but have a very hard time cutting my midsection. I'm upping my cardio and core exercises. Even though I hate these compared to heavy lifting, I think they will help everything since I experience lower back pain at times. Anyways any insight would be great, thank you - Chris
