How I Started:
I have been an athlete my whole life. Since age 5 i played ice hockey and started lifting soon after that to improve my game.
Why I Love It:
It is extremely relaxing and stress relieving. i love to watch my body change.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the way i look after an intense workout. It keeps me coming back to see that great pump in the mirror!
BB Accomplishments:
I went to 3 shows including Mr. Universe with a friend as his trainer and he won over 3rd place in all three!
