yah it was. I have already qualified a few times, it was tougher competition then the NPC show. But I am not ready yet for any national shows. I need another 20lbs. so I am gonna take a year off and do sac show or border states then see where i am at.

San Jo.. Currently deployed tho. That's home. Lived in Santa Cruz for a lil bit over half my life though. I see you're trying to put on weight too, obviously not fat weight. You sticking to the classic weight gaining high protein, healthy fats, and such or doing anything different?
