I must go into beastmode its time to turn the volume all the way up!!!
i got tired of being the smallest guy in the group all the time so i started at the YMCA thn big guns gym in japan and now i am at peak fitness gym
Why I Love It:
it gave me alot of confidence that i didnt think i had now i am addicted i cant stop unless i get sick.people like ronnie and dexter inspire me. it is a big stress reliver as well
How I Stay Motivated:
i am self motivated, seeing others making process and reading magizaines help. i tell myself i am in beast mode and i get crunk. also thanks to my personal trainer steve poynter check out his page he is awsome he can get you were you wont to be tips work out plain, weight loss plain, mass gain plain and more now stop wasing time and get with the program steve@fitnesspoynters.com
BB Accomplishments:

lol! I feel awesome...sore but awesome..knowing the pain is creating results. :D I've been training daily and I can see & feel results. Just a little more and I hope I can better.
wow thats awesome...cant wait to see them. matter of fact I just posted a blog about that yesterday. I have my 1st shoots coming up & dont know how to go about them. did you do pre contest prep?
