Why I Love It:
it gave me alot of confidence that i didnt think i had now i am addicted i cant stop unless i get sick and when i get sick im out for atleast 2wks at a time but not enough to keep me away for good and it is a big stress reliver
How I Stay Motivated:
i am self motivated, seeing others making process and reading magizaines help. i tell myself i am in beast mode and i get crunk. also thanks to my personal trainer steve poynter check out his page he is awsome he can get you were you wont to be tips work out plain, weight loss plain, mass gain plain and more now stop wasing time and get with the program steve@fitnesspoynters.com

You should totally do it! have fun. But if you can make sure you have some shade although we did have shade it was so hot. I took pics on a train track and he wanted me to sit on the rail and that thing was blazing. All the pics had to be deleted except two cause every expression you could tell I was thinking dang it's so hot. I looked so uncomfortable!

Change of plans, I'm not leaving for Biloxi until early morning on tuesday instead of monday as first thought. I'm looking to be there before 10am. We will do a shoot possibly in Biloxi.
