How I Started:
I got into lifting in high school for football and wrestling.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy how I feel after getting a good workout. I also like to see my numbers on my lifts go up.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking in the mirror and seeing how far I still have to go to get the body I want.
