My friends got me into it and I was tired of being out of shape.
Why I Love It:
It lets me leave the "venom" from a rough day at work at the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out is like oxygen to me. I need it. No motivation is necessary!
BB Accomplishments:
About 4 years ago, I finally got serious. I improved my nutrition, tracked and recorded my routines and progress. Now, I can hang with the "big boys!"
