Training is going strong and adding some decent muscle. I am aiming for a higher bf% (9-11%)in an effort to add serious mass. End Dec09/Jan10 I wish to be at 88kg without exceeding aimed bf% levels (if God's will).

Get to 235 (5 more lbs to go!) Soon i gotta drop a lot of this "soft tissue" for summer.

Love being Big. Have worked at it for a long time. Staying at 230 and loving it!!!
