The battle of the bulge and then some

Although, at my heaviest 287 lbs, I have managed to get down to 268 lbs.  A loss of 19lbs.  Just 1lb shy of my short term goal.  I plan to compete at 215-225 lbs.  Why am I so large you might be thinking?  My somatotype is an endo-mesomorph.  This body build is a large musculature but tends to put on fat easier than for e.g. a mesomorph.  I gain muscle very fast, however if I get sloppy with my diet my hard gained muscle is obscured by a layer of adipose tissue (fat).   In closing, if you can be super strict in your nutrition, then all the powe...
