Right on man! My hats off to you sticking to you program. I bet your strength and endurance comes as a blessing to those people you are trying to help. EMS must be stressful but totally rewarding at times.

Thanks for the comment and checking in on my progress. I agree the "pogo" readings on the scale from day to day are weird. I'm using a digital scale at the gym, same surface, same time every day, & I move it around 3 or 4 times to check the readings & stick with the 1 that comes up the most. Like the Major's Wife said: The "pants-O-meter" is the best test of change. Enjoy your weekend and keep it safe when you are running into those burning buildings (a normal person runs out)!
