It will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me or nobody is going to hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit, it is about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much can you take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! -Rocky Balboa 2006

Moving to China was the best thing I could have done for my career but the gap in training has definitely effected my strength. When my wife told me I was getting flabby I knew it was time to go back to the gym. I just have to get used to random Chinese crowds watching me and realize they are just curious.
Hi BigRocco! Thank you so much for the very kind and generous comment and also for your invitation - means so much to me. I hope you'll stop by from time to time - I enjoy keeping in touch with my friends! Hope you have a wonderful week ~ Jen
Way to go soon to be Bat Man! You are to be congratulated for taking the hardest step and that was deciding to lose weight. Keep up the great work that I see you have been doing and never give up or in.
You will succeed.
