Hardest thing to do is to stay motivated and not to cheat on the diet.

Background
I started working-out because I was at the doctor’s office and I weighed in at 330 lbs my blood pressure was 210 over 185. I had a list of medical problems. (Sleep Apnea, very high cholesterol, hypertension, ECT... everything that goes with obesity.) The doctor told me that if I didn’t change my way of life that I would probably be dead in 10 years. I had weight loss surgery (Vertical Gastrectomy). Following a nutritionist that showed me how to eat properly, I had loss 100 lbs. At 230 lbs I’m still considered overweight. All I wanted, was to be is at healthy size and weight. I stared to walk. Then walking was becoming too easy. So I stared to run and now I run 10 Km a day. With this weight loss I got more energy. So I wanted more, I signed up at a gym and started working out. But I needed something to keep me motivated. My son told me about www.bodybuilding.com so I check out the sight and found the Kris Gethin’s 12 week transformation plan. Wow what a work-out, I would be crawling out of the gym. I also followed his Diet although very tasteless and boring it works. Today I’m 6 weeks into my training and loss another 30 lbs. At 200 lbs I still have another 20 lbs to lose before I get to a healthy weight for my size. By the way I’m 6’1”. I owe my thanks to my Doctor, to bodybuilding. com for the great web site and supplements, also an extra thank you to Kris Gethin for getting my fat ass of the couch and into the gym.
It's the way a feel after a great work-out. I feel confident on top of the world, I can accomplish anything.
