How I Started:
I started with football and powerlifting in school. When I was done with sports I had to focus my energy elsewhere and I was always a fan of weightlifting. The cardio takes some getting used to.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself and gives me a sense of accomplishment.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
i mix it up, i try to get atleast 8 every set but sometimes i'll fail at 6 on a heavy set. sometimes i'll do 15 or 20 reps on leg exercises
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
if im going heavy i might rest 2 or 3 minutes but i prefer to keep it to a minute and keep my heart rate up while not letting my muscles recover
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
if you are doing a majorbody part its ok, if you are doing curls its not ok

yah i do alot of hanging leg raises and cable crunches..i do decline situps with weight and planks they just do not seem to grow idk if i have tooo much bf or what
