Overall Goal:  I want to shed fat to get down to an optimal 187-189 pounds with 7-9% BF. Then cleanly bulk up to 205 pounds and/or some happy medium without gaining a high amount of BF.

How I Started:
I got started in High School playing football but never got serious about it until I went away to college when working out was mandatory. I've been working out ever since.
Why I Love It:
Just being fit in general is why I like it so much. It also allows me to be completely focused on the task at hand. What ever is on my mind I can completely leave it outside the gym doors and its only me the weights and my loud Rap music in my headphones.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated b/c I enjoy how one can totally transform the human body through fitness. I have enjoyed the progress I've seen and if you look good you feel good.
BB Accomplishments:
none to this point. I'm not trying to be in any sort of competition.
