My first weight set was a bunch of 2liter bottles filled with water and tied together by shoe strings. Humble beginnings.

Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Its easier to stay motivated, its fun, and its safe to train in a gym. Downside is; sometimes you gotta wait!
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
