Overall Goal: I am pumped to start working out again. October 2nd marked the day that I turn things around. By Xmas, I will be 235 lbs of lean muscle with a body like a Greek God!
Fit Status:
I've been out of the training world for a while, time to get back after it!
I got started about a year and a half ago but fell off the wagon the last four months or so because of a major back injury. I'm slowly working my way back into it.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy feeling good and having people look at me and think, "man, that guy is in great shape!"
How I Stay Motivated:
It burns a lot of stress. I also watch Pumping Iron and read muscle magazines regularly to stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost weight but I feel like I've lost some strength as well, so I'm still working to get down to 235 and build strength from there.

Goal (Long):
I'm really not interested in putting up 400 lbs anymore. I want to lean out and get cut. It's going to take discipline and a lot of hard work and determination, but I know that I can do it! My Xmas present to myself this year is an amazing physique. I can't wait to get into the shape that I know I'm capable of. It all starts now and it's time to get ripped!

Everyone seems to be looking for that special workout regiment or supplement to help them lose that stomach or drop that 30 pounds they put on over the holidays. The truth is, you need to do cardio!
There are a few ways to do this. The first option is the most common...RUN!
Hey well.... as you can tell I don't stay on this. I need you to help me as much as you need me to help you. I agree lets start pushing each other. I'm now done with mass, I want to start toning and defining. Let me know if you are still up for it.
