Thank you very much for the compliments. A little advice from me. If you have these three D's in your life, you can go far. Discpline, Desire and Dedication. I have followed this all my life. It works....

I train very early in the morning(6:30am). I like training early on an empty stomach. I burn way more calories and it helps me stay focused on my meal plan.

I plan to do a photo shoot with him if I can get that sharp again. I don't plan to compete until next year at the Masters Nationals. I am still in very good condition(229lbs. I didn't let myself go after the show. I worked to damned hard.

I'm also doing the central indiana in anderson on the 28th of this month. I am 225lbs with probably a 7% bodyfat. I have not cut my water yet and am ready to walk on stage 10 days out from the show. Hope to see you there...

Still going pretty good. I am playing softball now and it has been a little struggle recovering from playing. I am 236lbs. I've lost a little strength due to the weight loss but thats normal. I am still hitting the weights pretty hard and on track to at least one show this summer. I'll keep you updated on my progress. Thanks again for your support

I plan to diet for only 10 weeks before the first show (Central Indiana) and an additional 2 wks to the Indiana State show. I am doing my work now and maintain it up until show time. So far the plan is working. I hope to be dialed in between 212-218lbs. Thats my best looking weight(very dry and lean).

Hey buddy. Update. I have lost a total of 23 lbs now, looking very lean. My weight is 237lbs. I want to get down to 235lbs and maintain it until I really start my diet. Take care man and continue to train hard!

I usually don't make that much noise when I am training. I don't do deadlifts either. I really never got into them so I don't do them. I do still get staired at a lot because I wear dry fit shirts and tights now. It just motivates me to work out harder. I hurt myself this weekend and now nursing a sore back and knee. I should be okay with a little rest.

He has competed before. He just have to continue to improve each year. He started as a teenager. He was only 195lbs. He is now 257lbs(not in shape)Hopefully he will be dialed in at 220lbs.(heavy weight) He has not won an overall novice, but he has place 2nd in both divisions. He has to bring his upper body up with his legs(awesome). Thats where I step in. I train hard and heavy. He need that type of training.

Thanks man. I hope that my young friend will realize his potential and do great things. As far as the Masters Indianapolis, I already did that show and won it in 2004. I've never did the Indiana State Masters show. That is the one I'm shooting for. Thanks again...

Monica know what she have to do to get where so want to. Motivation, consistency, dedication, desire and discipline. If you don't have that well you won't go far. She's a very nice girl that I will help to reach her goals. My purpose in life is to help those who need it and want it. If there is anything you have a question about, please don't hesitate to ask. I am always posing after every set just to get into posing shape. I'm always posing at home as well. I continue to get harder each day. That motivates me to continuet train hard. I am training with an up and coming bodybuilder. I know I can't do this forever and I'm just passing what I know on to him. He don't yet understand that you must give 150% eachc time you walk in the gym. I train very hard and intense but wisely. Thats the only way I know.

I am getting sharper and stronger everyday. I just hope I can continue this pace without hurting myself. I have not looked this way in a long time. I am very consistant with the cardio(6xwk). It is really paying off. I am from an old code. I believe in hard work and you will be rewarded. Cardio is the "key" to a sharp conditioned body. Thanks man. I will keep in touch to let you know my progress. I will also post better pictures.

Thanks!! I am a strength training coach at a high school and I try to motivate the kids by eating the right foods and training hard. Good luck to you and continue to lean that body up.

What I tried to do back then was to be the best conditioned athlete on stage. I didn't have great width but I had great muscle developement and good tie ins. I also had great stage presence. The judges like a confident bodybuilder. I hope I can capture that motivation again. I am very disciplined and very focused when it comes to bodybuilding.
