mpjoubert I think that if you're not enjoying weight lifting, you could just switch to martial art :) Gotta do what you like! I know, when I was practicing, it felt really good... mine favorite thing was the little fight we were having at the end of the Jujutsu class. Beast mode! Jan 9, 2013 3:37pm

mpjoubert Thanks! Being consistent is hard, I feel you. Since I focused more on the enjoyment of training, how I feel after a workout and a good healthy meal, it became easier to keep a fitness routine. The first month my wrist was so bad by the end of the week I couldn't even make a fist! :'( Then...I developed really bad tendonitis in my good good arm from overcompensating for so long! charlie1983 Hey thanks for the encouragement, the weight hasn't been to hard to lose but forcing recovery time is hard sometimes, I'll try to loose the rest of the weight by weigh ins, but I can weigh in the night before without a gi, and its only about 3.5 lbs, so I may just stick to that, 12 hours is plenty of time to rehydrate Dec 26, 2012 2:15pm

Ye the weight is doing well, it will start to slow now as I begin to loose fat and build muscle (yes I believe you can do both at the same time with the correct nutrition).
